Estimated Turnaround Times!

Our current estimated turnaround time (the expected time it takes from you placing your order to us getting it shipped out!) is:

🧵8-15 weeks for standard orders

🎨8-15 weeks for custom orders (including customized standard items)

Some special orders may have additional processing times (you will be contacted and given an ETA)

Convention pickup orders are only expedited if the option is selected at checkout and a rush processing fee is paid.

Please note this is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed. Holidays, closures, and factors outside of our control (supply shortages, illness, etc.) may extend the time it takes to complete your order.

The times posted here supersede all other posted estimates unless otherwise specified.
