Binders are intended for chest compression and should be worn no longer than 8 hours at a time, or until you feel uncomfortable!

These are mid-length binders that fall just below the ribcage

Shell: Sport Lycra (88 poly / 12 lycra)
Liner: Sport lycra and power mesh (back) // Pre-shrunk cotton (front)

Note: Always be extra careful and listen to your body when wearing a binder. If you feel that you cannot breathe or move comfortably, remove your binder immediately. Do not work out or fullsuit in a binder. Do not wear for more than 8 hours at a time.
